Hello. When I use my USB drive, the files show up as shortcuts. When I try to delete, they pop back up. How can I fix this?

Have you scanned your USB drive with Webroot?
if you search Google your issues you will find information about this .but I would do a sfc /scannow to make sure your files are okay. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833

Thank you for the response. Yes, I have scanned all of my USB drives with WebRoot. None show any viruses or infections. However, I ran into this problem while overseas (my other laptop was stolen and that is where the issue first showed up) and the same USB drives are what I mistakenly used.
I am not overly confident on doing these types of things myself, but I am capable. I am looking for step by step directions, if possible. I am preaching on Sunday and do not want to infect the computer at the church with the drive I have...
