We have been using WRSA for around 18 months without any issues - however, today I noticed serious performance issues on a production server of ours which is running SQL Server / Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Once I'd managed to get an RDP session to the server I noticed that WRSA.EXE was using 100% of CPU time - I stopped and restarted WRSA and now it's sitting at around 50%.

Does anyone know why this might be happening? This is a real worry since all of our servers here are running WRSA, and being production servers I cannot afford to reboot them during hours to see whether that rectifies things!

I did manage to take a look at the WRSA console and no scans appeared to be taking place...

Thanks in advance
Hi,

Can your PM your license key and server host name please? I will look into the issue, there may be some new undetermined files that are being monitored.

Thanks!

The fixed build is up and it should have updated when the endpoints checked in (or it can be updated manually). Thank you for your feedback and patience
Thanks for the assistance, I can confirm that all is well now :)

Kind regards,

Adam
