Hello there, welcome to the Community!
If you do not mind, would you also please submit a Trouble Ticket? Here is the thing, there has been a bug in the Web Filter that for some reason will randomly, occasionally, block a page that obviously should not be. Usually if you close the browser, re-open it and try the page again it will go through just fine.
Webroot is aware of it, and they are working on it. I am hoping we will see a 'fix' for it soon, but any additional data they receive will help nail it and get rid of it once and for all.
I just went to the URL that was blocked for you, and as I expected it is NOT blocked. 🙂

i still have that page open ... again a new Screenshot :- http://prntscr.com/5cnjeq
I just reloaded the page, and I get this. As you can see, the problem is NOT global and does not affect everyone. If you clear your browser cache, close the browser, reopen and load it, there is a pretty good chance it will work for you instead of being blocked. Most of the time when this has happened to others the problem only lasts a few minutes.
well my point here is why should this happen on the first place. I find it really funny. Its an eyeopener for you , real humiliation, as a customer i would never like to face such silly errors. I understand there is a thing called "bug" in every software applications , but at this level such error is really sad. Anyways thanks for your support and quick response , BTW this is the first anti-virus i bought paying money from my pocket and also endorsed it by word of mouth to my friends. You need to raise the bar and come up to the expectations.
Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
May I ask which Browser and can you look to see the Web Filter Extension number like 1.0.0.42? It's good for me as well.
Thanks,
Daniel ;)

As noted, it is a glitch that showed up a couple weeks ago. It is being worked on now. 🙂 This is NOT something that has been happening for months and months, etc etc.
99% + of those who try to see it glitch will not see it. It is pretty rare actually.

firefox latest updated ver. and here is webfilter addon ver.:- http://prntscr.com/5cnprz
I disagree with you, The web filter thing is really nosy at times for unecessary reasons and even for good and well known websites. Just a honest suggestion, that you should try to improve the web filter phishing threat detection parameters.
Are you willing to contact support so they can gather some logs to see what is the cause and I will push it to the BrightCloud Team? If you can send me your email address via PM then they can look at your ticket directly.
Thanks,
Daniel

Daniel
