how do I get web root to show in my toolbar for windows 8.1

I am sorry for the delay in getting a reply to you. I think you posted initially just before my last post of the night last night, and I did not even see it. I hit the post button and went to sleep. Please forgive for what may have seem to be ignoring you!
I have taken the liberty of merging both of your threads together, to avoid your getting replies in more than one place.. it makes it easier to keep it all together.
As for the toolbar... I note that you posted this in the WSA-Antivirus board. If that is the version that you purchased, that would be the reason you are not seeing the toolbar: the Password Manager is not a feature of WSA-Antivirus. The toolbar bar is only used for the Password Manager which is only offered in the WSA-Internet Security and WSA-Complete licensing levels.
If you do actually have WSA-Internet Security or WSA-Complete, simply download and run toolbarfix.exe and follow the prompts. This will repair or install the toolbar on IE, Chrome and Firefox all at the same time. It will not hurt your computer if you do not have the correct license to use it, though it will of course not work.
