Hello Joangug,
Welcome to the Community Forum,
Did you purchase/renew through Best Buy by any chance? If so then it can take a little while for the renewal/subscription to work its way thorugh the system. I would give it 24 hrs and if you do not see the renewal alert gone by then I would contact Best Buy to check on what is happening. 1.800.Geeksquad
If you renewed with Webroot directly give that a day or so before contacting Support
While your software is showing you that it is expired or at risk, you are still fully protected. There is a 30 day grace period built in that will keep your computer fully protected until that renewal does actually process. WSA will continue to update and protect you, even though it shows that it is expired.
Hope this helps,
Kind Regards,

Hi Joangug
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may just check something with you? When you say renewal do you mean a true renewal, i.e., you are using the same keycode/have not entered a new keycode into WSA or did you in fact 'renew' your protection by purchasing a new copy of WSA and so having to enter a new keycode into WSA to activate it?
Reason I ask is that if it is the latter then it could be your 'previous' subscription, that would be running in parallel to the new, that is showing up as expiring soon.
As I said, there can be some confusion as to what contitutes a 'renewal' and just wanted to make sure that we are clear on what you renewal is.
Cheers, Baldrick
