I am not computer saavy so does anyone know what this is and if it is a virus that Webroot is not protecting me from?

Does anyone know that WebCore thing is.  It keeps showing up on my computer in a Debug note pad.  Are we being protected from it if it is a virus.  Please help, I am about to get a new computer and I don't want to transfer a virus.  Indybas
