Hello,
This sounds like a scam or a potentially unwanted application on your computer that is directing you to a scam website.
I would advise reaching out to our support team so that they can take a look at this for you. You can reach them by calling or by creating a support ticket.

Does anyone know that WebCore thing is. It keeps showing up on my computer in a Debug note pad. Are we being protected from it if it is a virus. Please help, I am about to get a new computer and I don't want to transfer a virus. Indybas
Hi indybas
You have been repeatedly advised to Open a Support Ticket re. this. I initially answered you to this effect and now Sherry has done the same.
The service is free to WSA users with an active subscription so there is no reason not too...and there you will get professional help in relation to this.
