Although it may have been a fluke, As I opened Google Chrome, and without going anywhere or doing any search, or typing in anyother web site. Webroot blocked Chrome from doing anything. I did not save a screen shoot assuming its just a mistake. In the mean time I am running a full scan using Webroot, prior this this, nothing showed up in quarinteen. If something is found I will follow up the the results. Using windows 10, 64 bit op. sys.
