Hello Nomad367
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Is this a PC Windows or an Android cell phone? I would try an uninstall/reinstall if Webroot is on a PC.
Would you do a reinstall of Webroot and see if you can select the language of your choice?
Please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) If a Mac then let us know.
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks Sherry,
The reinstall attempt came up in Mandarin as well, but I went back to the original email and clicked that download link and that seems to have worked. I say seems, because I had already reinstalled once before for this issue and after a week or so, the next time I opened the console it was back in Mandarin. Hopefully, third times the charm.

Had to open a ticket. Win10 rebooted w/ a maintenance update last night and the Mandarin reappeared.

Unfortunately sometimes that is the case especially if these applicaitons are more 'durable' than usual...it needs the Professionals' touch.
Please do let us know what SUpport comeback with in terms of a solution as this sort of feedback is very useful to us in future should other users come here with the same or a simialr issue.
Many thanks in anticipation.
