Hi, just started with WebRoot and while doing research about it came accross a comment that indicated files of 100mb wouldn't get stored. What WebRoot cloud file size can be stored and how much storage space is there for those with a years subscription?

This depends on what version of Webroot do you have? Here's a comparison of Webroots products,

 

If you have Webroot Internet Security Plus and WebrootSecure Anywhere Complete you will have 25GBs of Cloud Storage. With Backup & Sync for the entire year of your subscription.

Hi this is incorrect.

 

Only Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security Complete comes with 25GB of backup.

Looks like you are right! Thank you for straightening me out. I guess I didn't see that.

25GB is the default for Complete, but you can purchase larger storage space if you'd like.  You'll need to call in to get that option though.
Seems everyone is replying about total storage available when you also asked about specific file sizes of 100mb.  You can adjust the file size criteria in Advanced Settings>Backup and Sync.  While there, you can specify the size of the file limitations as well as set warnings for whatever % storage use you're at.

No there is no limit of file size:cathappy:

take a look of the screenshot i'v given. there is a file availeble of 385mb size in my webroot internet security complete's backup sync folder
