The Webroot Filtering Extension is suddenly blocking just about every link I click. When I click "Unblock page and continue," I get another Webroot page with another button, but no text, and the clicking the button does nothing. The first page looks like this:

I've disabled the Webroot Filtering Extension in Firefox, but I'd rather find out what's going on and get the usual protection back. Any thoughts?

I have seen another report of odd behavior with the extension tonight, as well as a single issue on my own computer.  There is not much we can do on the Community about this, and you already know how to temporarily disable it.  (Remember to re-enable it as soon as you can!)

 

Would you please submit a Trouble Ticket to Webroot regarding this issue?  Once you hear back from Support, I would greatly appreciate you checking back with us here to let me know what they have to say about it.

 

Before submitting the ticket, you might try to reboot the computer, re-enable the extension to verify that it is still causing issues.
