It sounds like "wha!" - seems to indicate Webroot has done something, but I can't find out what. Another program admitted to accidentally triggering webroot and showing an error message. They did some sort of patch, and there are no more error messages, but the noise continues.

Hello ?,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
i have eave never heard of Webroot making any noises. Not sure what to tell you about this issue. This can't be anything associated or caused by Webroot . May I ask who gave you patches or repaired the error messages for "what program?"
Maybe be a uninstall/reinstall could help? Not sure. If you want exact instructions I can provide them for you.
But my best advice would be to Submit a Support Ticket and have support take a look. This is free of charge with a Webroot subscription. https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp
