Hi sgeed
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may interject here? How long does your system normally take to restart? And have you, since that first happened, restarted again to see if it was a one off or if it appears to be a consistent occurrence? If it is a consistent occurrence are you seeing any messages appearing whilst awaiting the appearence of your desktop, i.e., any messages that might indicate what activity is occurring?
Please let us know of this as it may assist in diagnosing or pointing in the direction of the underlying issue.
Many thanks in anticipation.

Hi sgeed
Thanks for posting back. Have you tried what Sherry suggested, i.e.,the uninstall/clesn reinstall to see if that in anyway gets you back to the previous speeds your were experiencing? If you have not then please do so and post back the results.
If you have and there is no change as a result then I believe that your best course of action will be to Open a Support Ticket so that the support team can take a look at the problem for you.
Either way please pos back to let us know hjow you are getting along.
