My Webroot keeps shutting down and won't stay active in the background.
This is the second time I've had this problem. The first time it happened, I consulted with the Best Buy Geek Squad. They reinstalled the software. This worked fine for about a month. Now I'm back to this same issue again.
I'm able to manually start Webroot and run a scan, but as soon as the scan is complete, Webroot shuts itself down. I am unable to update the software.
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit.
I don't think reinstallation is the answer (again, tried that before). Does anybody know a permanent solution to this?
Thanks,
Ralph
