i have webroot on three pc's, one crashed, how can i use that one on a  new pc? im unable to delete it from the crashed one

Welcome to the Community Forum,

 

Please look here to deactivate the crashed PC.

 

Then to install Webroot on new PC. Follow these instructions closely.

 


  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
  • KEEP the computer online for  install to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Install with the new installer,
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot
