Webroot SecureAnywhere remains red after many days of multiple searches and requests to clear threats unsuccessfully. All started after an update to macOS Monterey 12.3.1  The threat listed is /Library/Apple/System/Library/CoreServices/XProtect.app/Contents/MacOS/XProtectRemediatorMRTv3  Threat Name Keylogger.Refog.1.r

That’s a false positive and like @MajorHavoc mentioned, it’s best to contact support to have them provide the direction to clear that up.

Thank you all for your responses which were right on track.  I did not have to contact support with your assistance.  In addiction to the actions suggested in the false positive article, I noticed that my account was now missing its keycode, which I inserted and applied. SecureAnywhere proceeded to scan anew - but I realized very quickly that it did not immediately identify any threats, as it perviously had.
