During the last 24 hours, my computer has crashed 3 times (white fuzzy screen). When I log back in and go to Webroot, I see that it just did a scan. I had this problem about a year ago for a few months, then it stopped. Why is a webroot scan making my computer crash? How do I stop it?
Thank you.

Please can you do a clean reinstall and follow these instructions closely.
Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode ExampleA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
Download a Copy Here http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe PC users and click http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsabbs2.exe

Uninstall WSA and Reboot
Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
Let it finish it's install scan
Reboot once again

Hmmm thats not good, does your PC crash when it does anything else? White Fuzzy crashes isnt good, could indicate the PC is overheating. Does it freeze and not respond or does it crash and reboot? How old is the PC?
