Hello zayochek,  Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Quick question first and we will go from there: Is your subscription through Best Buy / Geek Squad?

Let me know 🙂
how long I need to wait for renew  I already paid today you don't give me any information
geek squad
I see you have comments on more than one thread... let's keep it all here in one place :)

Best Buy / Geek Squad should have let you know that your credit card will not be billed until the renewal due date.  Your software should count down to 0 days remaining before the renewal is billed, that is entirely normal.

For example: If your subscription is due to renew on November 1, your software will hit 0 days remaining on October 31.  The credit card will be billed overnight on October 31 so that when you turn the computer on Nov 1 the software will reflect the renewal and have a full 365 days remaining.

I hope this helps, but if you have any more quetions let me know.
am i need to put a new keycode or no they renew automatically?  you dont give me nothing only payment reciept

You will not receive a new key code.  Regardless of the type of subscription you have, Best Buy Subscription Software or billed directly through Webroot, or other, the key codes do not change when you renew.  That is one of the advantages of renewing instead of purchasing a new copy: you do not have to change the key code or reinstall, or anything like that.

There will not be a new key code.  Since you are renewing, your old key code will still be used, the software will just automatically update to the new expiration date once the billing batch is finalized tonight :)

and as @  gave example above, for you the renewal date would therefore arrive around the time of November's first days, judging by what you've said.

Best Buy subscriptions are billed by Best Buy.... any billing problems must be resolved by them, but what I have put forth as to how the billing system there works is correct.

You will not be getting a new key code: a renewal "renews" the existing key code.  You will need to do nothing at all, once the billing has run on the renewal due date, your software will automatically update with the new subscription information and new expiration date.
You said you have a receipt for your payment.

Your Subscription will renew automatically overnight on its expiry day. You don't have to do anything :D

When one provides a new credit card for payment on a Best  Buy Subscription, and email is automatically generated and sent.  It is not actually a "Receipt" for payment made... it is a statement as to what subscription will renew, what date it will renew, and how much will be charged.  The format of these is really rather confusing, and a lot of people mistake it for an actual receipt.

Hopefully at some point Best Buy will do something like putting This is NOT a receipt: this is an account statement onto these emails 🙂
