We run an e-commerce site and one of our customers alerted us that their Websroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus is blocking our site, My website is "www.shopfittingsworld.co.uk", Kindly help me out from this or Can you please review our site to find out if it is a false positive or if there is actually a security error..

When I check the URL in question with BrightCloud I don't see an issue, so this could be a false positive.

If I may just add to what BD has posted...because BrightCloud is showing the age of the site as relatively 'young'; some 2 months if I am reading the screenshot right, it could be that which is generating the issue.
If you find that youare not getting any traction re. the Reputation Chnage Request submitted then post back here and we can see if we can assist in expediting the change for you.
