I did renewal, checked accept terms, and hit continued. I got an order summary, but it did not renew my subscription. I thought i must have forgotten to hit accept terms so I did process over again. Still no renewal even after reboot. Now I think my charge card was processed twice, and my computer still says expiring tomorrow.

Welcome to the Community Forum,
Can you tell me if you renewed through Best Buy or Webroot?
Best Buy begins the message to you 30 days in advance of your renewal date. Regardless of when you respond, they do not charge your credit card until the day your subscription expires.
Webroot direct customers also start getting notified 30 days prior to expiry and if one renews before the actual expiry date then the payment is taken at that time and the days remaining are added to the new days just purchased.

Hi I67guy
Welcome to the Community Fora.
Given what you are describing I belive that you need this looked at via the back office and therefore I would to start with...but perhaps in the interim either@ or @ could take a quick look to see what has transpired with your renewal, as it may be something relatively simple.

I don't see a profile under the email address you used to register on the community - you must be using a different email for that. Best bet is to contact support and they'll be able to sort this out.@ wrote:
