Hello,
I just installed Webroot on a server for a client. When I try to scan the server for the first time. It sits on 2% then shoots up to 100% in seconds. Windows firewall is disabled. The internet is working as I was able to download the installer from the MSP site. Is there anything I can check with the agent?

@winters

You can force the agent to call home using a poll command that often times is a little more consistent than the ‘Refresh configuration’ menu in the system tray icon.

 c:\program files (x86)\webroot\wrsa.exe -poll

Also, check that the firewall either local or edge is not blocking any of the following. Other than that, there’s not much the agent needs.

Please allow for the following path masks outbound through the firewall:

*.webrootcloudav.com

Agent communication and updates

(Please note: Some firewalls do not support double dotted subdomain names with a single wildcard mask (i.e. g1.p4.webrootcloudav.com being represented by *.webrootcloudav.com) so some environments might require either *.p4.webrootcloudav.com or *.*.webrootcloudav.com)

*.webroot.com
