When I play a video clip, try to watch a stream etc it becomes intermittent and then freezes but leaves me with sound. I run my Webroot and this clears the problem but within a minute or two of watching anything the problem re-occurs. This has been happening for quite a long time now and I am wondering if this could be some kind of virus my pc has picked up. I am running on Windows 7 Ultimate and I use Firefox if this helps? I am now thinking of binning my laptop and purchasing a new one as this is so frustrating....please help!!!!!
