If you are having issues with this adler spyware then I would Submit a Support Ticket so that they can look into this for you. I can't say why Webroot did not remove this adler spyware. But Webroot does have a rollback feature. Please look here on What Happens if Webroot Misses a Virus

 

The Support Team is free of charge with your Webroot susbscription encase you were not aware of this?
