I somehow got a CryptoWall 3.0 virus. In what ways, if any, would I go about removing it? The files that it had encrypted can be deleted, but I am worried that it may continue to encrypt in the background.
Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Please Submit a Support Ticket ASAP and do not try to use other Anti-Malware tools hopefully it can be reversed but the Webroot Threat Researchers would only know!

Thanks,

Daniel 😉
