This has been reported before and the first thing to try, if you have not already done so, either deliberately or out of necessity for another reason, is to reboot your system. That often clears what is a temporary issue in terms of communication with that aspect of WSA's Cloud infrastructure.

 

See if that works but if not then please post back and we will move to a Plan B.
