If you need to get in touch with Webroot in relation to an issue related to WSA or the proptection it provides please either Open a Support Ticket providing your contact information and details of the issue/urgency. Or alternatively you can call (see here for details) although the phones are only manned Monday to Friday so the Support Ticket is most likely you best option.
Having said that perhaps we in The Commuity can help? Would you be able to let us know what the issue(s) is/are and we can see if we can advise?
