The past week my computer is doing crazy things like my friends disappear on the right of my facebook timeline that have always been there, my mouse stops working, and pages begin to open I have not asked for. I think I have been attacked and yet your virus protector does not seem to be picking up that something wrong and I know there is.

Hello rose24, welcome to the Webroot Community!
Regarding the Facebook issue: Facebook has done some changes, and the problem is there, not an infection or anything WSA is doing. I am also a Facebook user, and normally I am only visible to 5 specific people. Usually all 5 of those are visible in the area you are talking about. The last few days.... nope, someone was missing. As soon as I sent that person a message, they showed up again in the list. I think Facebook is, once again, messing around with things showing you only those you communicate with the most often, just as they filter the newsfeed.
Ok as for the rest. there could be a few things going on. One thing that gets my attention is you say the mouse stops working, and you get pages you did not ask for. If there is a something happening, anything not just malware, that for some reason has locked up the mouse temporarily, it is rather common that once the mouse starts to respond again ALL moves and clicks that were done when it was frozen suddenly fire, so it could be those late mouse clicks happen to land on links you did not intend to click on.
That does not explain the mouse itself. Is your mouse wireless or hardwired? Have you tried using a different mouse to see if that will change anything?
I would TRY a different mouse first, or change the battery in yours if it is wireless AND try a different mouse both, and see if the problem goes away. If it goes away, it is simply something with the mouse which can happen. If the problem persists, let us know as then it would be more likely to be a possible infection.
I only suggest this as the change of mouse is by far the quicker easier place to start :)
Let me know what you find and think!
Edits were simply a few spelling and grammar issues I saw after reviewing.
