here is my email to WR concerning their absurd PW policies and practices....

i made a new password and security code and all it did was get me into

a site about webroot. it does not work to get me into webroot itself

to change settings. if you are unable to get me back into a program i

paid for then you can refund my money or give me a new edition of

webroot for free, this is absurd and is an issue you need to address

concerning retrieval and setting of new password
