Title says it all, bought another year subscription and entered the new code and it keeps saying it doesn't exist...I'm barely able to cover my rent, bills, and buy groceries this month because I need this.

I understand your frustrations concerning this issue. May I ask where you renewed your Webroot? I believe you use your old keycode and did you renew here? http://www.webroot.com/us/en/renewal

Can you send me a private message with both your old and new KC and I can check them out in our system. My shift is nearly over and its US holiday and I am not sure if there is coverage in the US office. So submitting a ticket as well would be a good idea.

I paid and it gave me a code, I intered it and was informed it did not exist...
