Hi Everyone

I'm new here - so forgive me if I ask a question that has been already covered.

I have SecureAnywhere 2013 AV (3 licence) - have used this for about 3 months or so, with complete success and I am well pleased with every aspect of this product.

I am intrigued that one of my PC's shows version 8.0.3 and the other 2 show version 8.0.2

Does this mean that two machines have not updated?

Thanks in advance for your comments
Hello Purgatory and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums.

v8.0.3.3 is the current release version please see here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Release-Notes/PC-Release-Notes-Version-8-0-3-3/m-p/57725#M320 and you could always Right Click on the Webroot Tray Icon and Check for Updates on the others but the only change was for Windows 8.1.

Also very soon it will show v8.0.4.xxx for the new 2014 version with a new GUI please see here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Community-Announcements/The-Next-Generation-of-Webroot-SecureAnywhere-is-Here/m-p/57799#.Uky0_hDVGN8

In fact, we just rolled out 8.0.4.17.  Please see this topic for the release notes.

It is normal that not all endpoints will receive the update at once.  This is to prevent server strain.  You will receive the update automatically, but if you want to speed it up you can uninstall and reinstall if you elect to do so.  There is no need to do this however unless you want the update immediately.
Many thanks for the clear and prompt explanations:D
