why di i keep getting a message my system is at risk firewall and antivirus is off but when i check it is on can some one tell me why.

One thing that you can try is to uninstall and then clean reinstall WSA. If you would like to do so then please follow these instructions closely:

 


  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if offered by the installer; to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Do let us know if this works but if not then your other option is to Open a Support Ticket and let them know. At worst they may just repeat what Lyle has posted but at least then they know that there is one more user out there with the issue.
