Why do scams pop up on the screen of laptop of computer, and your unable to remove this information.

Can you tell me what the popup saids? Does this popup occur in your browser?

 

EDITED: Please use the Task Manager to exit out of browser if this is your issue.

 


  1. Open Task Manager by right-clicking the taskbar, and then clicking Start Task Manager.

  2. Click the Applications tab, click the program that isn't responding, and then click End Task
 

Then  you can Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with a Webroot Subscription.They will check this out for you>
