I have sent several emails to Webroot for help with NO reply? I am trying to put Webroot on my computer and it keeps saying at start up that isa.ll message, then when I get on the computer, it keeps popping up with AppIntegrator, over & over & over. Not to mention they will not answer me! Any ideas?

Hi Pammie
Welcome to the Community Forums.
In relation to this I would Open a Support Ticket, as being the quickest and most efficient way of contacting the Support Team.
EDIT: Whilst waiting for the to respond please take a look at this previous post especially the post by Rakenisheu which provides some useful information.

I have several support tickets and even a code, but I started this Last week with no answer. Where do you go to see the answer? It said it would email me. I checked spam, Nothing...
Hi Pammie
I am sorry to hear that. Given what you have described perhaps I could prevail, on you behalf, upon the good services of our most excellent Community Manager ? to see if he can find out what has been going on here?
I should point out that (i) the Support Team have been very busy with an issue caused by w recent Winodws Update so that may explain the unusal lack of response, but also (ii) that the submission of a further ticket on top of one previously unanswered appears to have the result of bumping the original ticket to the back of the queue again...and that is also what may have happened to you.
But hopefully Nic can work his magic and advise on the current situation.

I checked on the ticket and it looks like you should have a reply from support in your inbox. Please let me know if you didn't receive it!
Ni Nic
