Windows 10 will intermittently tell me virus protection is turned off, when wrsa status shows all is well ?

Sorry to say this is a known issue and Webroot is indeed aware of this and working towards a fix. Please look here at this post

Also we Beta Testers are testing a new version and it seems to fix this issue so we can see it being released to all very soon.
Sorry for the inconvience but remember you are still fully protected by Webroot dispite what the Secuirty Center saids.
