After entering my email it tells me that I've already had contact and to continue with the conversation enter my password and then it goes no where. Has this feature been disabled?

Have you contacyed Webroot before? If so they want the password that they sent you in your emailk from them. And you need to accept cookies.
Do you understand? please check your email if you have contacted Support before.

If I contacted them previously it was so long ago and I've delete older emails anyway. Is there a way to reinitialize?

I don't think you can re-initialize - probably best to just call in:

I used "Forgotten your password?" and the password I was emailed worked for me. I didn't realize it would be a separate password for support.@ wrote:
