Since you posted in the AV only forum I would assume you have a different product: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/ with Optimizer? Also you can check it in settings that's what it's there for! http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C9_SystemOptimizer/CH9c_ChangingSystemOptimizerSettings.htm
