I've been using Webroot for the last year now and am very happy with it. However, as my subscription comes to and end, it recommended that I renew my subscription. I did that, following the procedure it gave me, but it still tells me to renew. Why is this happening and should I be concerned?

Hi crg15
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Firstly, is your subscription through Best Buy or is it via Webroot directly or a non Best Buy retailer? If through Best Buy and the renewal was very recent it could just be that the back office systems have not been updated. Even in a non holiday period it can take 24 hours for the renewal to transfer between the Best Buy & Webroot back office systems...and duringthe holiday period it could take even longer.
So if you believe above fits your case then I would given it until tomorrow morning and if yo are still in the same position I would contact Best Buy direclty to get them to check out if there is an issue.
If not via Best Buy but you followed the renewal procedure, i.e., time is to be added to your EXISTING keycode then again it may just be a delay but it should not be as long as for Best Buy so in this case I would Open a Support Ticket and get the Support Team to check things out for you.
If however, you have received a new keycode and activated it then post back as I will need to explain what must have happened.
It terms of protection be advised that after the actual date of expiry one has 30 days of grace to get the subscription renewed and duringt hat time WSA provides full protection.
Please advise as which of the above corresponds to your situation.

Thank you. I'll give it a day or two, and if nothing changes, I will let you know. Thank you for your help.
Hi crg15
No worries, you are most welcome...lets hope that it is just a cas eof the back office process being somewhat slow...if not then we will have to look at other options to get this resolved for you.
