Hello rjktis,
Welcome to the Community,
When did your Computer start running slow? Before or after installing Webroot?
Do you have any popups? Have you cleared your cache in your browser? Here's an article here http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache
Also you could remove your Cookies as described in this Thread This might help.
Please let us know if this has helped or not because we can research this further,
Thank you ,

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
May I ask how long you had WSA on your system and where you purchased it from? If Sherry's suggestions don't work you may need to do a clean reinstall of WSA just in case here are the instructions on doing a clean reinstall. Before you do a clean Reinstall can you right click on the Webroot Tray Icon by the clock and click Save a Scan Log and please let us know approximately how many [u] files show in the log?
Example: [u] c:windowsisuninst.exe [MD5: 515E4684008E955DE0C81E6A7AEA1C2A] [Flags: 40000000.3]
[u] c:windowssyswow64mgiipl4.dll [MD5: CE40EB3EB99F5FBB578A409A861A438A] [Flags: 40000000.27]
Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!
Thanks,
Daniel 😉

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks,
Daniel 😉
