I paid for the updated antivirus protection, I have jumped through all the hoops. yet the last step to getting my download keeps telling me my codes are wrong. Why? I am paying for a service I cant get. I am not able to be on the phone at the same time I am on the computer. So I believe you need to send me my antivirus download so my computer can be protected. Thank You for your time. I have a difficult  time loging in as well!!! WHY?????

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

First of all please try downloading the installer as follows:

 

Download a Copy Here(Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)

 

then please follow the steps below closely!

 


  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online for the install to make sure it works correctly
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode when requested
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Then post back to let u s know how you are getting on.

I unable to complete my registration page. It keeps telling me I m not putting in the right codes.
Are you referring to the point in the install process, right at the start, when yo are asked to enter you keycode?
