I have a Lenovo u530. I have had a subscription since 2011. I had a local computer shop install an ssd hard drive, and now cannot download webroot. Webroot will not accept my keycode, which webroot did verify by email yesterday, so I know it is correct.
In addition, after a number of back and forth emails with a webroot help person, webroot will not accept my password in order to communicate further by email.
I then shut the computer down and went to bed. Some hours later I opened the computer and turned off windows defender, again went to the webroot site and tried to download the webroot software, and again my keycode was not accepted. I will telephone support when they open today but was hoping someone here might be able to help. I am willing to upgrade to internet security plus if need be. Thank you

Can you send me a private message with your Keycode and I will take a look at it?
Do I send a private message by this method? That is by hitting "reply"
Hover over my name and a box should appear, in there there will be a option to send a private message.
OK I think I got this figured out, I`ll send you a message via PM.
Thanks,
Thanks,
Mr. Rankanisheu provided a solution to my problem. Thank you
Took me a bit to figure it out I am a bit rusty when it comes to Keycodes! Been a while :D But glad your back up and running. I have added 90 days to your subscription for the inconvience you had.
That is, Mr. Rakanisheu solved my problem. Sorry about the misspelling of your handle, I got a bit excited.
Very much appreciated.

Hi samanthaperkins123
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sorry to hear that you are having troubles.
In general keycode issues can only be sorteed out by Support as we volunteers have no access to the back office systems that control these things. But please do not update your ticket before hearing back from Support as if you do it will effectively go to the back of the queue and younwill effectively start the waiting process again.
One thing that you could try...just to make sure that it is not a faulty installer is to download a new copy (assuming the PC version so from HERE) and try the install process again. Let us know if you need the Best Buy or Mac versions.
