I got a new Windows 10 computer and since I downloaded Webroot I can't seem to play Amazon Prime movies or pay bills online. I'm using Google Chrome as a browser. I updated to the latest version of Chrome and restarted it - didn't help.

Hi dianebeck2012
Welcome to the Community Forums.
What indications do you have when you are prevented from doing those things? Are any messages displayed and fi so what are they? Is WSA presenting a block screen warning of issues with proceeding to the sites?
I have just tried access Amazon Prime movies via Chrome and I am seeing no impediment.
Given this abnormal behaviour I would suspect a faulty installa nd would therefore recommend that you uninstall WSA and then clean reinstall it to see if that resolves the issue.
If you would like to try this, which is quick and easy to do, then please follow the steps below closely!
Either way do post back and let us know how you have gotten on.

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if offered by the installer; to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Either way do post back and let us know how you have gotten on.

I think, looking at all the possibilities, that I have a Chrome browser problem. I have the same issues on my old laptop (with Webroot, Windows 10 and Chrome browser) and on my husband's Chromebook. I switched to the Edge browser on my new notebook and everything is working. Maybe something has changed with Chrome?? I think my copy of Webroot is just fine. I'll let you know if anything else turns up.
