Over the past several weeks , I have been getting a notification on Windows 10 that my WSA and Windows Defender is turned off. When I check the setting they are on. Should I be concerned?

It's a glitch that was caused by a Windows update. There are several other topics you can look at for more information. For now, you should turn off those notifications. It's not a good solution to the problem but it does work. That's what I did a few days ago and I haven't had a problem since.
