Hi,

 

i have an 120 GB SSD and just recently (10 days) installed Windows 10 and buyed Webroot. Today i discovered that my WRData Folder is 18GB big and searched about the problem and found a thread from 2013 (Controlling WRData folder size - help needed).

 

Apparently the issue is not fixed since than. 

 


  • How to fix this without getting this big again?
  • Do the devs have this on there ToDo since more than 2 years?

In the circumstances I can only suggest that you Open a Support Ticket to advise the Support Team of the issue and your feelings/views about it.

 

If you require help in safely removing any unnecessary .db files manulally then please let us know, we would be happy to advise/assist.
