Hello,
Due to problems with the suddenly repeating missing PhreshPhish message, I uninstalled WR (without any change on my PC - Win 8.1).
I made a complete clean install, but WR stills send me this message "impossible to strat the program ... wrPhreshPhish is missing" etc. ... but this time the programs starts anyway.
What shoud I do ??
I really like WR but being bugged each time with this message let me think I shoud change my AV.
So, many thanks for your help is solving this :)

Hello Tabazan and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums!
Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA? Download a Copy Here and make sure you have a copy of your keycode then Uninstall WSA Reboot and install with the new installer let it finish it's install scan then Reboot once again and please let us know if that fixes it for you?

May I add my welcome to the Community Forums...:D
I would just like to add...to Petrovic's very good advice...that you should say 'No' to any offer from the installer to use previous settings, etc...do make sure that it is a clean install.
And let us know how you get on.

This time it has been reinstalled like you indicated.
The message came once (during install) and seems not pop again.
Problem solved ? Hope. But dunno.
