Is WSA installing browser add-ons now? When I opened FF today I got this.

Is there a KB article or someplace I can get some documentation about it?

If it wants to install the new 2014 Webroot Web Filtering Extensions on IE, FF & Chrome only supported at this time I would say yes! See here for more info if you haven't been keeping up: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/Web-Site-Evaluation-Doesn-t-Show/td-p/62565#.UnUsvOJyUsA

Hello TripleHelix

Thanks for the link. I read several threads that discussed this filtering extension before I posted, but none of them provided a link to any official documentation from Webroot. Does such documentation exist? If so would you provide a link to it?

I believe it is legit but I would like to read something official from Webroot about it.
Agreed @ I started this "petition"

Here is some info from the online Helpfile but no Details: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C3_Shielding/CH3a_WhatShieldsDo.htm

Hello explanoit

I read your petition and I agree 100%.

With minor, run of the mill updates nothing is required, with version updates to existing add-ons usually nothing is required, but when Webroot wants to install a brand new add-on in my browsers that was never there before, documentation should be provided.
