I know this has been asked in the past, but I notice it is still 'normal'.
Why, when I look at WSA AV USA site the 1 yr cost is $30 and the UK site 1 yr is £30?

Hi davidco
I am afraid that the answer is likely to be the same as for most other goods that one can purchase in both the UK and US...it is a matter of regional pricing policy, i.e., if it is $30 in the US then itbwill be circa £30 in the UK and most likely circa 30€ in the EU.
That is just the way it is...market forces and politics.

But it is not £30. One year for the AV on the UK site is currently £22.49.@ wrote:

Indeedy doody...but it is still a matter of regional pricing & market drivers/profiles that sets the price...whatever it may be. ;)
? If you were to click on the Buy Now icon in your link you would find that the price has been reduced to £22.49. Just as in the US it is shown as reduced from $39.99 to $29.99.
What an odd way of advertising your product.
If I walked passed a shop window and saw a price I would assume that that was it. I would not walk in, pick up the product and take it to the till in the hope of ??

My post was a query to do with a change in my buying regime.
I have been buying 3 licenses for a while but things have changed.
Daughter (1) has bought a new iMac and her husband has installed something else. WSA was not aggressive as far as PUPs are concerned on her old Win7 laptop. Their choice not mine.
Daughter (2) has had an unfortunate experience with a new laptop.
It came with Win8.1 installed and Microsofts 'forced upgrade' appeared (Win10). The only option to revert given was to Win7! Think about it.
It knocked out Firefox and I advised her, over the phone, to use IE to download a new FF (46.01).
WSA blocked it twice. So I told her to disable WSA, download, install (refresh) and then reboot.
Over the phone this procedure did not best please.
I cannot renew from a 3 license to a single license.
So I will buy single from scratch.
Buying a 3 license from another place was less than £30
So you see..
