That feature you have to turn on.  Once you do, you will have a folder on your desktop that you can put files in that it will automatically backup and sync with other computers that you have Webroot installed on.

This online storage is kinda neat because it offers you a better advantage in keeping data rather than getting in the habit of just throwing it aside.  The choice is personal though and goes without saying.
Yeah it is a handy feature. You can also log in from any computer to the console and browse and download the files, so it makes it handy for something that you might need to access from anywhere.
