I have secure anywhere complete.
If I enter a new activation code via My Account / Activate a new keycode, then do I lose my existing remaining registered days left ?
Or does the new keycode automatically get activated some time in the future, when my existing key code expires ?
I have checked help and the user guide but cannot find an answer.

Activating a new code
The new license will not add the days from the old KC, I would advise waiting until there is a day left and then swap them over. If the new KC has extra features and you want to use it right away contact support, they can add the days from the old KC and cancel the old one.
It state that if you start the subscription early or now, that will be start of
a new year.
So wait to a day before, that only a loss of 1 day.
Mine expired 2/28/2015, I will be upgrading on the 27th.
