I signed for auto renewal. Works for Window Washer but apparently not for secure anywhere

I assume you did NOT renew Window Washer recently, as that product is no longer available or supported. As for the WSA license:
Is your renew directly through Webroot? If so, you can call Webroot Sales at 1-866-612-4268
If your renewal is through Best Buy you will want to call 1800-GEEK-SQUAD for assistance.
