Hi
When I try to update my work software which is my working tool, my PC reboot automatically.
I'm quite sure that WSAC is responsable because when I shut down the protection this problem disappears.
After some tests I found the responsible file and I have "whitelisted" it:
My question is: the automatic reboot is a great problem because all my other tasks was lost, so i'm really angry !, how can I avoid this kind of problem in the future ?

We'll get that application whitelisted for you...

Hello ?
Thanks for your answer and your help.
What should I do ?
I wish that all the files concerning my work software can be whitelisted to avoid this problem in the future.
An other important question and suggestion is : why webroot reboot automatically the system ? An important feature would be to let the user know that there is a suspect file and let the user decides what kind of action he wants to apply.
Thanks for your answer and your help.

You may need to restore files from quarantine if any of the application files were removed, otherwise you should not need to do anything unless you continue to have issues. I whitelisted the software which should solve the issue and prevent this from happening in the future.@ wrote:

You would need to Subit a Support Ticket so we could gather more information if you are still having the reboot issue.
Thanks,
