Is anyone else having trouble with the backup and sync on the web portal? There are several folders and files on the section of my hard drive that I have backed up with webroot, but they are not on the web portal, or in the backup and sync section of my webroot file manager. Thanks.

Have you set up these backup folders since our upgrade to our new Backup & Sync solution? If not, please setvup fresh folders to be backed up. You can also use the Anywhere Folder for files/folders that you will be updating and it will automatically sync changes you make to it.
